By accessing and using the BrassLead website ("the Site") and purchasing our products, including but not limited to Sticky Notes, Staplers, Planners & Notebooks, and Calculators, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
2. User Conduct and Orders
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
All purchases are subject to product availability. We strive to ensure all information on the Site, including descriptions and prices, is accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized planners or opened software, may not be eligible for return unless defective. Sale items may have different return conditions, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
