We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible and beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination address. We do not offer free shipping at this time. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. BrassLead is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipping at an additional cost.
Damaged or Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will assist you in initiating a trace investigation with the carrier.
