At BrassLead, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on products including Sticky Notes, Staplers, Planners & Notebooks, and Calculators. Please read it carefully.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In the original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • In the same condition as when you received it (unused and undamaged).
  • Returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are not in resalable condition, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used packs of Sticky Notes.
  • Planners or Notebooks with any writing, marks, or personalization.
  • Calculators with removed protective film or signs of use.
  • Clearance or final sale items (will be clearly marked at purchase).

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the return window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We will refund only the product cost. Return shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
